No eating after 6pm

I use to do this awhile ago but now that my schedule has changed and im usually either at uni till 8pm or work till 9pm its been abit hard, however the past 2 days ive been eating my last meal at 6pm and my waist has gone down an inch, im still consuming the same amount of calories just earlier on in the day, so if anyone wants to try this i recommend it seeing as its been a month since ive had any change in my weight. @lucyscales I wanted to loose like 2kg but its not really like a big deal for me i just honestly thought i ate way more the days that im at uni i eat like snacks all though the day maybe every hour which is good keeps me full and alert but other days ill have like breakfast then a "big meal" for lunch then like a snack at 5. Im probs gonna have to start doing the thing i do on uni days all the time but even then im only eating 700 calories. who knowsss i just found it really bizare that i can be not hungry on that little calories haha oh well guess my goal is to eat more fruit and veggies! p.s im also a vego so thats another thing that stops me from having many calories 4 months ago

Ok i joined this site to keep a diary to see how much i actually end up eating and i am shocked to see how little calories i eat! Its really upset me and confused me :( One day i only eat 300 minus my exercise for the day what the???????? Its a bit hard cause im at uni or at work majority of the week so i dont have alot of time to make meals but in all honesty ive been living like this for so long i do not see how i could eat anymore. I am in a healthy weight range and its not like ive dropped any ratical weight so is it possible that maybe my body could just be use to my daily diet? 4 months ago

Hey there no diet will really make one part of your body leaner then then the other, as much as that would be great. The best thing to do is not to eat fatty starchy foods like donughts cause they are more likely to store as fat and the main fat storage area is your bum and thighs. Other then that just do cardio like running or gym classes 3 times a week and you should be on your way :) 4 months ago

Im 169cm I am quite thin its just a goal i have, i am never hungry and i do generally just eat all through the day instead of having big meals i dont think i could eat anymore and i know if i eat more i will put on weight cause i can fluxuate between 57-55. Its just frustrating when you do so much at the gym and have nothing to show for it! also i thought maybe im building too much muscle and cause muscle weighs more then fat? also do different foods maybe make me gain weight cause i know im eating little calories but i eat like croissants and stuff and is that making me store it more then other things i could eat? 4 months ago

How many calories should i eat!

I am eating approximately 700-900 calories a day and i exercise for an hour about 5-7 days a week. I am 55kg so i know its abit harder for me to loose weight but i have been down to 52 before but thats cause i was stressed and had no time to eat. Anyone got any advice as to what else i should do to make it easier for me to loose about 3-5kg? (Also i take metabolism boosters) 4 months ago
