@chaseman1973 my main reason for keeping a food journal on twye is to track what i eat each day, primarily noting how many grams of protein i'm getting (although the last few weeks have been the worst since i've been keeping a record); secondarily is the tracking of daily calories: i've lost about 40 pounds since i started w/ twye and the diary is helping me stay on top of my weight; and that's about it!...good luck on your quest
