Hey, gals and guys - I'm curious as to how people are using tracking to become healthier.

Would you help me by answering the question with your top 3 to 5 reasons that you track your meals?

Mine are:
1. it increases my awareness of the impact of my choices
2. knowing that there is a record of what i eat makes me think twice before making a bad choice
3. seeing what other people are eating gives me alternative and better choices
