@cindybeautifulz Basically vegetables, tofu, legumes, rice, fruits, breads, pasta. I consider the carbs the "stick to your ribs" foods.

@Homeflower protein is also filling. I lost a lot of weight doing low carb before but was in bed after an accident & basically ate what people brought me cakes & bread...I'm just starting on my weight loss journey again..good luck to you : )
