@ What height are you? You seem quite light, maybe you're slim enough and as your body is finding it sooo hard to lose that last amount maybe it's not healthy to?

Does anyone know what is in an average bowl of porridge with water? I thought it was about 300 but surely it's less?

All ready the day hasn't even started yet and i'm meant to be having less today as I had a stupid Indian take away last night!!! ahhhhh sorry about the rant!

I am on here because I want to lose weight like most of us. I love it, it helps me see exactly what i'm eating! I love the chat room idea!!!!! I think it's perfect when you feel like eating or have over eating talking to someone who understands and even slim or bigger they have the same feeling of guilt or annoyance. I also think it would be good if you could see when someone replys on the post you put up. I thinks it's a great site and with some finishing touches it would be AMAZING!

@lizmajor emmm usually I just type it in to google like "calories in dime bar" and it usually works. Or how many calories in chocolate bars and you'll find a list no doubt. Good luck, you'll get used to finding them.

Three weeks is nothing?? You will not put on weight. When I went away last winter for a ski season it was rediculous amounts of alcohol, fast food and drunken food! I was soooo scared as I was rediculously healthy and was a gym freak. I did put on quite a lot of weight but the weight only started to show after 2 months of this so 3 weeks you won't notice a thing! Honestly you'd be suprised how long it takes, if you are sporty your metabolism is fast and will stay fast for a while before slowing down to it's natural place. GO you'll have the most amazing time, even though I went away for 7 months and ate crap and drank loads amounts oh and put on a lot of weight I had the time of my life and wouldn't change it for anything! xxxx

I have a question, why do people put n/a beside something they've eaten as if they're not counting it into their daily calories?
e.g mars bar N/A
hello that's 500 or so calories they've missed???!!! 6 months ago
Have half with sugar free limonade! It's lovely and half the calories. I have alcohol as a problem too as i'm young and love to party. The thing i've found is to eat less that day therefore you don't need to drink a lot before you are drunk so you HAVE to slow down with your drinking pace. It's the only way I can not get carried away and drink loads!
