I eat regulary, what I don't get is if this theory is correct why are anorexic people like twigs? Plus people who are "naturally thin" don't eat all the time, they eat when there's a meal infront of them. They may miss breakie, small lunch and go out for dinner? If our theory is correct of eating every three hours protein based meals why are they not fatter because dinner is the largest meal of the day for them??? 8 months ago

Why don't you try vegan chocolate, wheat free, dairy free and sugar free. You can get them from holland and barrets. Get options hot chocolate 40 cals and allow yourself a chocolate bar once a week.

Hey i've got pcos too, which has a thyroid affect, it's so hard and not fair I know!
Well the best thing you can do is cut out dairy and wheat for a while. Have a high protein diet try to cut your carb amount right down. Drink lots of water and try to cut out caffine. If you get tired alot which you may do superfood powder is very good, tastes fowl but good! The best thing you can do to loose weight is cut out carbs after breakfast.

Weekend

Ok so does anyone know what to do! Alcohol kills me, I do so well in the week and then it comes to the weekend and a million calories is added because of one night out! I love going out and getting drunk with the girls. Does anyone know good ideas about this? 8 months ago

Wagamamas!!! Go for salads or tofu and veg in the coconut noodle soup so filling you won't need to eat it all, plus it's rice noodles so it's wheat free. If not the salads are lovely too. If not pizza express salads are lovely if not the pizza above looks lovely! I went to Jiraffe and wasn't very impressed so not sure. Leon is lovely it's so healthy and all wheat and mostly diary free! Anyway it's xmas do not worry too much, try not to eat your whole plate full you'll feel so much better for it. 9 months ago

Sounds amazing but i think anyone who ran everyday would loose loads of weight it's amazing you do it but i don't think i'd have the energy i never have enough energy to do that everyday. It may be to do with having pcos it's very annoying! x 9 months ago

Ok so i'm tired all the time this week. I gave up caffine the end of last week does anyone know if this is why?? Maybe my body has to get used to not having it?

I really feel vile at the moment i'm doing everything correctly and still not loosing weight. I have got PCOS but still I should have lost a bit at least! I have been really good for like 4 months now!

@amberjetred It had 500 cals in! which is alot for soup it was like a thick lumpy soup was sooo lush tho! Had tuna salad for dinner too trying to be good it doesn't seem to be working!

I am eating soups from marks and spencers moroccan spiced chicken soup is this bad for you, it had lentles, chicken peas veg and tomatoes??? I have it alot and need to know if it's not helping with the diet! Help!

I have had the worst week ever i've had friends to stay the whole week, eating out every night, take aways alcohol!!! Is it better for me to eat loads less this week much less calories than I should to even it out or just 1200 a day as is meant to be the correct amount for weight loss???? 9 months ago

You need to look up online what has what calories in it. "calories in chicken" etc or get a calorie counter book.

@Brooksby82 You can make wheat free coffee cake less cals and healthier as it's home made you can put as much/less sugar as you like. It's a good thing to make once a month and have a small get together and enjoy it with friends (otherwise you'll eat it all!). Good luck if not banana on top of peanut butter on rice cakes are lush and sorts out that sweet craving!
