I'm back. Thurs. was good. Fri. was pretty good. Sat. was pretty bad. Sun. was REALLY bad. Mon. traveling back home was good and today was really bad (don't understand this one, but look at my diary and you'll see what I mean). As far as the scale I have only gained .5 lbs (should have lost 2 for the week...boo). If I get right back on track tomorrow, I still may reach my goal by Thanksgiving. Long post, I know..it's my therapy. :))) 2 days ago
Hi! I'm new here!
How I know how many calories I have to consume per day? I'm 28 years old and weighing 53K, I want to loose 3 to 5 kilos.
I don´t do a lot of excersice, only pilates 2 days per week and dance 4 days per week.

I'm at 138 pounds and would like to lose about 18 pounds preferably by Christmas. I need to start exercising more regularly and eating healthier foods. 3 days ago
Hi!
Ive been a member for a while, but i dont post very often! Ive gained about 12 pounds (138 pounds) in the last few months of summer holidays, being out of college and not doing my usual routine! This week ive managed to go down to 134 pounds by watching what i eat!
But my biggest craving is chocolate, i could eat it and eat it until i got sick and then id go back to eating it some more! is there anything i can eat that would stop these cravings? or just low calorie chocolaty substiutes?
Also...has anyone tried Hoodia? the appetite supressent? Just wondering if it worked! hanks in advance for any hepl i may get !:) 4 days ago
Just started using twye, yesterday. Tweeting everything that I eat really helps me see more clearly what I am really eating. I have blown the equivalent to a small meal's worth of calories in carbs, today. I really should only eat about 3-400 calories more and I have only had lunch. I am sure this new accountability is going to help me have insight into my problem areas and help me meet my goals. I am psyched! 4 days ago
been healthy near enough all summer and lost about a stone!! then stupidly started craving loads at night all this week and gave in to it n some how i'm a stone heavier again... i need help on sayin no to cravings, any suggestions? 6 days ago
I've developed this habit of eating in the middle of the night. I've been having night terrors frequently for the past few months and after battling them I feel defeated and get up and grab something from the fridge. This was never a habit before and I'm really starting to pack on the weight. Most the time I can barely recall doing it. 8 days ago
We are traveling for labor day weekend. May be away from a computer for several days. Here's hoping I can hold it together and not blow the progress I've made thus far. 8 days ago
Riiiiiiiiight, I figured out that my BMR is about 1404cal /day
so If eat more than that I will not lose any weight....
well, I guess I am reducing my cal intake to 1200cal/day.
No wonder I don't lose weight! I guess, it is a new beginning! 9 days ago
I'm 2 weeks into this. Lost 6 pounds, 24 more to go. Shooting for 2 pounds a week from this point on. The stars are lined up just right for me to do this. Much less stress in my life, more time for a while anyway; this new technology to keep me honest. It just might work this time, fingers crossed. Dieting techniques I'm using: healthy foods, exercise and lots of water. 9 days ago
To all the Aussies out there, have you ever considered giving Kangaroo meat a go? Aside from being the most environmentally-friendly meat going around, it has many nutritional benefits - compare it to your average Beef steak (lean, fillet):
Kangaroo v Beef (150g raw)
Calories: 149 v 267
Fat: 2g v 8.3g
Saturated Fat: 0.6g v 3g
Cholesterol: 75mg v 105mg
A lean steak will have more protein (48g compared to 32.1g for Kangaroo meat) - but increase your Kangaroo steak to 225g and you'll get the same amount of protein, and still less calories, fat and saturated fat (plus more to eat too!). Next time you're going for red meat - try Kangaroo meat, it's great for the body and easy on the hips. 10 days ago
hi everyone, alguien de chile o que hable español?? 11 days ago
ok, so I just got home & I was planning to make myself a tuna salad and sit down to eat. Drinking plenty of water & all that. Instead I did my usual eating in a very disorganized, fast way, standing by the sink... And the worst is, I wasn't even that hungry!!! Any of you does that, too? And how do you keep yourself in check??? 14 days ago
