Is that a pre-packaged food? Doesn't sound so bad to me. Why did you add it to your do not eat list? If TWYE had a "be sure to eat list," I think i'd add this food ;)

@RMBruno The name sounds great, I know! :) It is a variety of crisps. And a 100g has 485 kcals. So not the best crisps to be munching on. :( I love the taste, though!!!

@starkizd Maybe instead you could make microwave popcorn (a whole bag only has 150 calories!) and sprinkle some thai spices and a little bit of sugar on it? You'd probably have to experiment with spices to get close to the flavor, but i do this with chili powder, cinnamon and sugar and it's so good. The spices are listed on the walker's website -- http://www.sensationscrisps.co.uk/#/nutritional-info

My favorite crisps (well, potato chips, I'm in the US) :) are ruffles cheddar sour cream. I forbid myself to buy them b/c as soon as they're in the house I eat the whole bag!

Are you looking to not eat pre-packaged food as a rule?

If so, I recommend a crockpot and making yourself some bulk meals that freeze well (soups and stews freeze very well) and when you want a pre-package meal, pull it out. Most will stay frozen through the day at work and you can cook it in the microwave in about 5 - 6 minutes.

I keep mine in Ziploc containers that are reusable, cheap to purchase initially, and if they get stained, cracked or just nasty, not too painful to throw out.

Yesterday, I ate a yummy home-made chicken soup (with rice) that I made in January and froze for lunch. It was less than 200 calories and so very filling.
